T H E   C A R I B B E A N   O F F E R S  great investment potential. As an established tourist market the attraction of these islands is unlikely to fade. Rental returns tend to be good – especially considering that this is a year round market. Capital growth also looks promising partly thanks to the limited land mass that the islands naturally offer.
